2007 Miss Memphis Teen Princess, Kaylee
Prather, and 2008 Miss Fall Fest, Victoria Green (aka "Belle") enjoyed working together at the LeBonheur
Children's Hospital Harvest Fest on Halloween. The festival is an annual event for the children at the hospital.

On April 14th, 2007, My sister queen and I worked along side our Director, Tommy Climer and his staff to produce his
20th annual Little Miss/Mr LeBonheur pageant that benefits LeBonheur Children's Medical Center in Memphis.
LeBonheur is a CMN hospital. We began at 8:30am in the morning and finished 12 hours later having raised over $4,000!
I think it is so wonderful that Tommy Climer has raised funds for the hospital these past 20 years.

Volunteering for CMN can be done in so many ways. One way is through my title of Miss Fall
Fest, TN. For the 2008 year I have already raised $150 and participated at the LeBonheur Harvest festival for the children.
In 2007 as Miss Madison County, TN I personally raised $500 for the CMN. I have written to area sponsors of
CMN and made myself available for appearances during their fundraiser this year.
Fundraising for children's hospitals is not something
I picked up just to compete. I am one of the original "Southern Sisters" that began in 1991 as a group of
pageant girls that combined their talents to perform for various community events as a non-profit group. We began singing
together at first because we were always competing together and we wanted to sing some times when we were not in competition.
Shortly after forming, one of our 'sisters', Heather, was diagnosed with cancer. We began singing for the Henrietta
Eggleston and Scottish Rite fundraiser's in her memory. Although 16 years have passed and only my sister and I still
sing, we still feel blessed every time we sing for a hospital, rehab or fund raiser. My own cousin, Gene, benefited
greatly from Eggleston in Atlanta. Now that Miss America has partnered with CMN, it is with great excitement that I
use my association with MAO as a local titleholder to promote CMN.

| We sing, no matter the weather or the venue. |
|
|
| Many benefits were done in tents or outside on portable stands. |
| This was one of our favorite shows every year. |
